Tako Cheena Review with Pics!!

Nom Review!

Where?
Tako Cheena
932 N. Mills Ave.
Orlando, FL 32803

As I didn't want to muddle Fb with anymore posts on how excited I was to eat here I thought, why not Blog about it? So here goes!

I'm sure I could start off with the location and the parking issues but I'm here to talk about the grub! The Spanish, Asian, African fusion was pretty cool!
This is what we had!

House Takos $2.81ea. or 3 House Tako special $7.98
We went with the 3 House Tako special, why not?

Thai Peanut Chicken
Thai Peanut Chicken - with mixed cabbage, cilantro, scallion & crushed peanuts.
This was Joey's favorite one and if you love thai chicken skewers with peanut dipping sauce, you'll love this tako.

Korean Beef
Korean Beef - with mixed cabbage, sesame seeds, cilantro and kimchi slaw.
Yum yum in my tum tum. This was sweet with a little heat from the kimchi slaw.

Asian Braised Beef
Asian Braised Beef - Pulled beef marinated in ginger, hoisin spice, with mixed cabbage, ginger, scallion, oil & cilantro.
I found this one to be my least favorite and Joey outright didn't like it. I thought it had lots of flavor but there was something that just didn't tickle my fancy as the others had.

Along with the House Takos, we also ordered a Japadog and a Speciality Tako (seen in the pic below)

Japadog and Speciality Tako
The Speciality Takos $3.52
Chinese BBQ Char Siu Pork Belly - a boneless cut of fatty meat from the belly of a pig, with mixed cabbage, cilantro, ginger, scallions and crispy pork rinds.
If you love Chinese BBQ pork buns that you find at your local Dim Sum house, you'll love this Tako. Sweet and delicious Chinese BBQ and the added crunch of the cabbage and the pork rinds, makes this a fun one to eat and one of our favorites!

Asian Hot Dogs $3.05
Japadog- Chinese sweet sausage, avocado, wasabi, cucumber, spicy mayo, cabbage, fumi and scallions.
YES!! A REAL Japadog!! This combo was a party in my mouth! I throughly enjoyed every bit of this Japadog. Joey on the other hand mentally thought this combo was not up his creek so he passed on trying it. Hey, more for me!! NOM!

1 MORE ITEM! Yeah, we obviously ordered too much food but we couldn't help ourselves!

Burritos $7.98

Korean Burrito - marinated bulgogi, kimchi fried rice, scallions, sriracha and cilantro.
First, this burrito was THICK and tasty!! Ehh err umm it had good girth? No no umm let's just say it was big and worth the $7.98 The bulgogi was yummy and the kimchi fried rice and sriracha gave it some nice heat.

Now packed to the gills, I hope you guys enjoy my first ever foodie review. There was one more thing on the menu that we didn't try and it was the Empanadas. We will try those next time. Keep your eyes peeled for more blogs and more food porn! Imagine that, food porn with words now. LOL

Have a Nom-tastic one!
